Specialist, Procurement

JOB PURPOSE

To perform day to day the company's supply operation of products and services. Responsible to find. cost-effective deals and suppliers. The also to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses. so that the company can invest in growth and people.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Contact profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.

Perform analysis for external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

. Ordering of necessary goods and services.

. Perform purchase details of orders and deliveries.

. Examine and test existing contracts.

. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

 Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

. study spends and builds a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

 . Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department.

. Undertake any other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.

EDUCATION 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or any specialized
