Specialist, Powerplant Engineer (Engineering & Planning)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Job Summary:
  The Specialist, Powerplant Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of aircraft powerplant systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  
  Job Responsibility:
  - Conducting regular inspections of powerplant systems to identify any issues or potential problems.
  - Developing maintenance schedules and procedures for powerplant systems in compliance with aviation regulations.
  - Performing repairs and replacements of powerplant components as needed.
  - Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of powerplant systems with other aircraft systems.
  - Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in aircraft powerplant engineering.
  
  Candidate Requirements:
  - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  - Proven experience working as a Powerplant Engineer in the aviation industry.
  - Strong knowledge of aircraft powerplant systems and components.
  - Familiarity with relevant aviation regulations and safety standards.
  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  - Certification from relevant aviation authorities may be required.
