Job Summary:
The Specialist Learning & Development is responsible for creating and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop training programs based on organizational needs and individual employee requirements
- Deliver training sessions in various formats such as workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and address training needs accordingly
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning tools
