Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Cybersecurity to join our team and lead efforts in protecting our organization's systems and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
2. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
3. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including conducting investigations and implementing mitigation measures.
4. Collaborate with other teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into organizational processes and projects.
5. Stay up to date on the latest cyber threats and security technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

1.  bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2.  Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.
3. In-depth knowledge of network security, encryption, and endpoint security solutions.
4. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:
1. Proficient in network security protocols and technologies
2. Expertise in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
3. Knowledge of incident response and handling security incidents
4. Ability to design and implement cybersecurity solutions
5. Strong understanding of cloud security principles
6. Experience with SIEM tools and security information management
7. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
10. Continuous learning to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
