Section Manager, Facility and Aircraft Equipment Maintanance

• Manage a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of facility and aircraft equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the reliable operation of all equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
