Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure that all Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.
• Identify safety and environmental hazards, risks, and promote the reduction or elimination of potentially hazardous conditions that may lead to accidents, occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and safety related to financial losses.
• Implement company's Safety systems and develop Safety check/audit inspection list, Hazard lists and documents.
• Monitor company/departments Safety performance and recommend priorities and actions for improvement.
• Implement appropriate risk identification and measurement methodologies to proactively recommend solutions and update crisis management guides to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate all safety-related activities within the requirements of the safety program with respect to the government, local or/and international directives & Standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report and investigate aircraft, ground safety, and environmental accidents to determine the cause of the accident and formulate recommendations to help prevent similar mishaps in the future.
• Encourage appropriate compliance behavior and culture by effective communication and dissemination of compliance strategy, policy, and processes.
