Key Accountabilities:

Assists in writing bulletins procedures and manuals related documents.

Assists in inputting all manuals versions and other documents in diskettes or computer.

Distributes all new/ revised aircraft maintenance manuals on all SAEI stations.

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.

Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.

Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.

Create and maintain the information architecture.

Assists in establishments and implementation of an efficient system for maintenance of manuals requirements and their main reference.

follow-up finalization of manuals pages and covers.

Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department.

Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.
