Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Manager for our Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards and best practices, as well as ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement project management policies, processes, and procedures within the organization.
- Oversee project portfolios, including prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on leading and managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
