Manager, Helicopter Technical Services

Job Purpose:

To manage and co-ordinate Helicopter maintenance activities and the provision of technical, commercial and administrative advice to the company. To manage and control all operational and/or support technical activities as per the manufacturer specifications and the company standards to meet production target in the assigned area of work.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to technical services management.
• Experience in developing and implementing maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable but not required.

• 10 years of experience in a general capacity.
• Demonstrated extensive expertise in technical service roles for Helicopters.
• High-level proficiency in IT.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Analytical thinking
• Project management.
• Experience in multi-cultural environment.
