Summary:
As a Manager, Heavy Maintenance Oversight in aircraft maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating heavy maintenance activities on aircraft to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate heavy maintenance activities on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality and compliance of maintenance activities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance teams on complex maintenance issues.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to meet maintenance goals and objectives.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on heavy maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards related to maintenance operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Certification from relevant aviation authorities is a plus.
