Manager, CASS

Summary:
The Manager, CASS will be responsible for overseeing the Compliance Assurance Support Services (CASS) department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the CASS team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Compliance).
- Proven experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
- Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is a plus.
