Logistic & Warehouse Management Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse & Logistic Director, with expertise in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse and logistics activities related to the MRO operations.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement efficient warehouse and logistics strategies to support the MRO operations.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of spare parts, equipment, and supplies to support MRO operations.
4. Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
5. Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Monitor and control transportation and distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to various MRO sites.
7. Develop and implement robust warehouse and logistics processes, including inventory control, demand forecasting, and risk management.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, operations, and procurement, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient MRO operations.
9. Utilize technology solutions to enhance and optimize warehouse and logistics operations, such as implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) and track and trace systems.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to transportation, storage, and handling of hazardous materials.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, particularly in MRO operations.
3. Strong knowledge of MRO processes, inventory management, and procurement practices.
4. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
5. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics-related software.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize operations and drive process improvements.
7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong vendor relationships.
9. Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements and standards related to warehouse and logistics operations.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
