Job Summary:

As a Lead Specialist in Powerplant Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of aircraft engine systems to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Job Responsibility:

- Lead a team of powerplant engineers in conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft engine systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with aircraft engines and develop solutions to address them effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in aircraft powerplant engineering, with a focus on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards related to aircraft engine maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
