Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Center of Excellence Director to lead our Organizational Development, Talent & Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Experience functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance talent management, optimize employee performance, design competitive compensation and benefits packages, and improve the overall employee experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies to support business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Enhance the overall employee experience through employee engagement initiatives, workplace wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on Organizational Development, Talent & Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
