Job Summary:
As a Facility Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment and machinery within a facility to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and support overall facility operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facility Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and other relevant technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
- Certification or training in facility maintenance is a plus.

- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various facility equipment
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and controls
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
