Facility Equipment Maintenance Senior Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facility Equipment Maintenance Senior Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is functioning properly to support our operations.

Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment to identify and address any maintenance needs or repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training preferred.
- Proven experience in facility equipment maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior technician role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility maintenance areas.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
