Equpment & Tooling Engineer

- Designing and developing specialized equipment and tools for aircraft maintenance and manufacturing.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for new equipment and tooling projects.
- Collaborating with design engineers, production teams, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective use of equipment and tools.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Providing technical support and training to staff on equipment and tooling usage.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting issues with equipment and tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
- Proven experience in equipment and tooling design, preferably in the aircraft industry.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
