Summary:
As a Facility Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing designs for various facilities, such as offices, hospitals, schools, and retail spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that optimize space utilization and enhance the overall user experience.

Job Responsibility:
1. Collaborate with clients to determine design requirements and budget constraints.
2. Create design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections.
3. Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to implement.
4. Source materials and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
5. Oversee the implementation of the design to ensure it meets quality standards and deadlines.
6. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in facility design.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Facility Designer or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Attention to detail and creative thinking.
6. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
