The Coop Program is designed to equip trainees across all roles with the essential skills and foundational knowledge necessary to succeed in various industries. By focusing on hands-on Learning, Certification Preparation, and Soft Skills Training, the program aims to prepare COOP and to meet the demands of an evolving job market. This training provides participants with valuable real-world experience, technical expertise, and professional skills, building a versatile and skilled workforce ready to excel in diverse roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
- Conducting research and analysis as required.
- Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
-Engineering, Administration, Technical, or related major.
-Applicants must be in the final stages of graduation.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.70 out of 4) or (3.70 out of 5)
