Chief Specialist, Maintenance Control Center

Summary:
The Chief Specialist, Maintenance Control Center will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance control center to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement maintenance control center procedures and policies
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance control center specialists
- Monitor and track maintenance activities, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate communication between maintenance teams, engineers, and external vendors
- Analyze data and provide reports on maintenance performance and efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize maintenance processes

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience working in maintenance control center roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of maintenance operations and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification in relevant maintenance or engineering fields is a plus.

Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance and repair processes
