Chief Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control

Summary:
We are seeking a Chief Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control to oversee and optimize all aspects related to aircraft maintenance planning and control within our Strategic team.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement aircraft maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of all aircraft.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance activities to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with aircraft maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in aircraft maintenance operations.
- Lead a team of maintenance planners and controllers to achieve operational excellence and minimize downtime.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control, preferably in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aircraft maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.
