Summary:
The Chief Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance Oversight is responsible for overseeing and managing all aircraft maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules for all aircraft in the fleet.
- Monitor and inspect aircraft maintenance activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Review and approve maintenance procedures, manuals, and documentation.
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities for certifications, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze maintenance data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Participate in the selection, training, and development of maintenance personnel.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance oversight, with a focus on regulatory compliance and safety.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certification from relevant aviation authorities (e.g., FAA, EASA) is a plus.
