AOG Controller

1. JOB PURPOSE

To Control AOG operations of Supply Chain. To Review and analyze critical materials.

requirements/listings and take necessary actions to reduce AOG and MEL incidents.

1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

. Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is

carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

. Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the area of work to ensure compliance.

. Obtain materials supply for aircraft in AOG situation, in the shortest possible time.

. Review and analyze critical materials requirements/listings and take necessary actions to

reduce AOG and MEL incidents.

• Source critical materials and provide real time solutions to make them available.
• Raise purchase / loan / exchange orders to satisfy AOG requirements.

. Work closely and timely with material suppliers and customers, shipping agents and all internal

departments involved, closing open AOG's.

. Request and dispatch material between stations to support line/hanger AOG's.

 Request and follow-up materials movement between A/C hangers, workshops and stores.

. Communicate with external and internal entities to identify and resolve associated issues,

such as quotes, documentation and billing.

• Update and extract data from system and database to evaluate and improve processes and

performance.

. Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements,

policies and standards.

. Comply with all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and

controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

1. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply chain management,
