Summary:
A Manager Powerplant (LEAP) to oversee the operation and maintenance of LEAP engines at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable performance of LEAP engines while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of LEAP engines.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize the performance and longevity of the engines.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of LEAP engines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
