Manager, International Stations

Summary:
The Manager, International Stations in aircraft maintenance is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations at international stations. They ensure that aircraft maintenance procedures are carried out efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage the maintenance operations at international stations to ensure timely and efficient servicing of aircraft.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize aircraft performance and safety.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per requirements.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards at all international stations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel to international stations as needed.
