Manager Fleet A330

Summary:
A Manager Fleet A330 to oversee the operations and maintenance of our A330 aircraft fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all A330 aircraft, managing a team of maintenance engineers, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee the maintenance and operational activities of the A330 fleet.
2. Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations.
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of the aircraft.
4. Manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to guarantee timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as flight operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor budget and expenses related to the A330 fleet operations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience working with A330 aircraft, preferably in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Certification in aircraft maintenance will be a plus.
