Lead Investigator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct objective, thorough, and timely safety investigations.
2. Collect, review, and analyze evidence and documentation.
3. Prepare professional investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
4. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding investigation outcomes.
6. Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
7. Support continuous improvement of safety and inspection processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautical Science, Aviation, or a related field.
   (Diploma holders may be considered with extended relevant experience.)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience (for Bachelor’s degree holders), including relevant field experience and supervisory exposure.
   OR Minimum 10 years of experience (for Diploma holders), including supervisory experience.
3. Background in technical or safety investigations (aviation industry experience is preferred
