Job Summary:
As a Facility Maintenance Technician I, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks in various facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
Job Responsibility:
1. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
2. Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and painting walls.
3. Repair equipment and machinery as needed.
4. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
5. Keep maintenance records and report any major issues to the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
