Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibility:
- Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and repairing equipment
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinating with external vendors for more complex repairs or installations
- Keeping maintenance records and reporting on completed tasks

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Technician or a similar role
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair tasks for buildings and equipment
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
