Job Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, including managing a team of technicians, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and assign tasks accordingly
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with equipment, systems, or infrastructure
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification or training in maintenance-related fields is a plus
