Facility Equipment Maintenance Lead Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facility Equipment Maintenance Lead Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently to support the operations of the organization.

Job Responsibility:
1. Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine inspections, repairs, and installations of facility equipment.
2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
3. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
4. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
5. Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
3. Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
4. Certification in HVAC, electrical, or other related fields is desirable.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
