Chief Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance Safety and Quality ‎

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Safety and Quality to oversee and manage all aspects related to safety and quality control within our aircraft maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to aircraft maintenance safety.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on safety procedures and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on safety and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Certification in Aviation Safety or Quality Management is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance safety regulations and procedures
